Add community sponsorship pathways

Summary

• add low-pressure sponsorship paths on the home page, translated articles, and documentation
• present the current 10-sponsor milestone and $5 starting point only in contextual calls to action
• distinguish individual sponsorship from corporate benefits and recognize public individual sponsors equally
• preserve source campaign metadata for acquisition tracking
• improve primary CTA contrast and extend prerender and component coverage

1. Visitors should not feel uncomfortable or pressured.
2. The experience should increase small individual OSS sponsorships.

Known existing issue

The aggregate npm run build command currently stops during its prebuild docs generation because the pinned upstream rdlabo/ionic-angular-kit source does not contain English api.md. Both Angular applications, their prerender output checks, and the SEO audit pass using the generated inputs. This sponsorship change does not modify that package or its documentation source.
