test(e2e): compare Ionic 8 and 9 screenshots

Summary

• make Ionic 9 the canonical development dependency while retaining Ionic 8 compatibility
• add a thin Angular import adapter for the Ionic 8 and 9 standalone entry points
• run the same Playwright screenshot suite against Ionic 8.8.19 and Ionic 9.0.0
• keep a single shared set of screenshot baselines so visual differences between majors are detected
• cover the Ionic transition animations reported in issue feature: ionic v9 #111
• update screenshots with Ionic 9, then require Ionic 8 to match before committing them
• label the published detailed report as Ionic 9 and link to both matrix results

Verification

• Linux/Chromium Playwright E2E: Ionic 8 and Ionic 9 both pass all 90 tests against the same screenshots
• root build with Ionic 8 and Ionic 9
• demo production build with Ionic 8 and Ionic 9
• demo lint
• demo unit tests: 32 passed
• Prettier, CodeQL, and report deployment
