Summary

  • Adds the page HA setup for clusters with regular maintenance windows next to the system requirements page. For HA installations whose nodes are regularly drained and restarted, it recommends the HDFS settings of the 4000-ha profile: 5 data nodes, dfs.replication=3 and dfs.namenode.replication.min=2. The settings are given as Helm values and as --set overrides (chart 2.10.0 or later). The page also covers raising the replication of existing data.
  • Links the page from the resource requirements section of the requirements page, and adds it to the navigation.
