Add a platform sponsors row with Tracwell

Summary

Adds a Platform sponsors row below the paid tiers in the landing's sponsors section. This commit was pushed after #41 was merged, so it didn't make it in.

• Tracwell gets a card with its logo, labelled "Analytics sponsor". It links to Tracwell with UTM tags.
• An open "Offer your platform" slot sits next to it and goes straight to a DM on X. Platform sponsors give a service rather than money, so they stay out of the pricing dialog.
• TracwellCard now exports TracwellLogo and a tracwellUrl() helper so the landing can reuse them. The docs card is unchanged.

Test plan

• pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck
• Screenshotted the sponsors section in dark at desktop width and light at phone width
