Open live sponsor checkout

Reverts the last merge (#39), which held the sponsors page and docs sponsor control on “Coming soon” until Creem approved the store.

Live Creem payment links are open again. Empty slots link to checkout (“Be here”), the header no longer says checkout is waiting, and the docs sponsor control no longer shows “Soon”. Test checkout URLs stay blocked.
