제품 설치시에 기본으로 제공되는 관리자 계정인 `qp-admin` 계정이 활성화된 경우, 라이선스에서 제한하는 이용자 수에 포함됩니다.
기본 관리자 계정인 `qp-admin` 의 경우에도, 비활성화하거나, 삭제할 수 있습니다.
