dt-bindings: mailbox: qcom,apcs-kpss-global: Add Shikra compatible

Add qcom,shikra-apcs-hmss-global for the APCS mailbox binding.

This avoids undocumented-compatible warnings from checkpatch and keeps
schema constraints aligned for this target.
