lazy::Bool = falsetoQuantumOpticsRepr, also adds aQuantumOpticsRepr(cutoff::Int)to outer constructor so the existing positional calling convention doesnt break and default behviour is unchanged.needed for QuantumSavory/QuantumSymbolics.jl#197
