Additional changes to satisfy the updated linters:

• Apply Python code and import cleanups, including datetime.UTC and a simpler Sphinx lint log comprehension.
• Use a named logger with deferred message formatting in both generators.
• Narrow exception handling in the contribution-link tests to urllib3.exceptions.HTTPError.
• Move progress-bar colors and the two-color gradient to CSS, passing the relative change through a CSS custom property. Preserve the zero-width guard and locally suppress djLint H021 for the data-dependent inline styles.
