Stale references to pyaml.bpm.bpm after move to pyaml.diagnostics.bpm.bpm #16

pyaml moved the BPM device class from pyaml.bpm.bpm to pyaml.diagnostics.bpm.bpm.

This repo's config files still reference the old path and will fail (class_path not found) against current pyaml:

• configuration/pyaml/epics/pyaml-cs-oa/fodo_1gev_6d_pyaml-epics.yaml
• configuration/pyaml/tango/pyaml-cs-oa/fodo_1gev_6d_pyaml-oa.yaml
• configuration/pyaml/tango/tango-pyaml/fodo_1gev_6d_pyaml.yaml
• (check) _catalogs.yaml and UUID_database/fodo_1gev_6d_database.yaml

pyaml.arrays.bpm is unaffected (different class).

Action: replace pyaml.bpm.bpm with pyaml.diagnostics.bpm.bpm in the files above.
