Since the variants of a function are a list (`Proof/Variants/<Iface>/<Target>.lean`) and its callers' registrations map over it, a new variant edits that list, best first, and none of its callers: say so, here and as the one list "Keeping parallel PRs from conflicting" allows. Part of #4548. This is stacked on #4706. It changes documentation only.
