This PR supports more partition schemes for CachePool and updates tests accordingly.
Now we support arbitrary sizes of private/shared partitions in units of cache banks. We can also initiate cache flush to a specific private partition, all private/shared partitions, or all caches based on configuration.
The load-store test is added to CI for verifying the functionalities.
