KERIA has its own Credentialer class (keria.app.credentialing), a separate implementation from keri.vdr.credentialing.Credentialer, and its validate() had the bug: it constructed Schemer(raw=scraw) with no resolver, so no $ref-based schema could validate -- including schemas that extend another schema by referencing its SAID alone, with no "did:" prefix.self.verifier is already a real keri.vdr.verifying.Verifier with a CacheResolver, so this only needed passing it through
