CI failure is real, not a flake: bst show fails with "Could not find element 'components/coreutils.bst' in project referred to by junction element 'freedesktop-sdk.bst'" — that component doesn't exist in freedesktop-sdk, breaking the build entirely. Also mergeable_state is dirty, predating main's already-merged PXE-export code. See #27's review for the fuller picture of the PXE-PR overlap in this repo (#22/#25/#26/#27).

Adds standalone PXE kernel/initrd exports, opt-in network DDI fetch with checksum and target-disk validation, and operator documentation.
Release workflow upload wiring is deferred because the hive App lacks
workflowspermission; the existing workflow must be updated to publish the new assets.Refs #14
