Processor for making phase III and/or IV sensitivity plots with pressure on the x axis.
Do we want to add simulation-based detection efficiency and energy resolution before we merge?

Atomic Calculator implementation into mermithid to incorporate a molecular T2 background in the trap as well as a calculation for the atom supply into the trap. Erroneous other unspecified calculations have been added as well to compute various efficiencies and rates for the LFA scenario. 

Config files: Config_LFA_Experiment_max_BNL_diam.cfg, Config_LFA_Experiment_max_BNL_diam.cfg, and Config_PIVmodule1_150MHz_minpitch_87deg.cfg have been sufficiently updated to compare to atomic calculator config file (Config_LFA_Experiment_Atomic_Effects.cfg) in Cavity_Sensitivity_analysis.py for both the LFA case and phase IV case.
