feat: Bun SQL, libsql-pg, bun:sqlite, better-sqlite3 (0.1.1) - #2

The fleet survey found these four drivers behind ~20 signup flows. libsql-pg has the @libsql/client API but speaks Postgres, so it is detected by protocol postgres rather than given SQLite DDL. Sync prepare() drivers get an adapter. Timestamp casts are gone: Postgres infers the type from the column. createProfileStore takes a dialect override for anything ambiguous.
