Fixes the v0.1.0 draft workflow failure. actions/checkout fetched the event commit into refs/tags/v0.1.0, locally replacing the signed annotated tag with a lightweight ref. Fetch the remote tag object again before checking its type, target, and GitHub signature. The release remains draft-only and fails closed if the tag or signature is invalid. Reproduced the checkout ref replacement and verified the forced tag fetch restores the annotated object. git diff --check passed; actionlint is unavailable locally. Rollback: revert this workflow change before creating another release tag.
