fix(claim-db-worker): start one sign-in per claim - #90
Claiming a database sometimes shows Transfer Failed even though the claim worked. This fixes the cause: the claim page could start two sign-ins for one database.
What happens
Production logs for one of today's failures, sorted by when each request started:

404
Two callbacks ran 30 ms apart, each with its own valid sign-in, so both transferred. The first moved the project. The second waited on the row lock, then found the project no longer in the source workspace and returned 404, which is correct for the API. The user's browser showed that second result.
The second sign-in comes from the claim page. The button opened sign-in in a new tab and was enabled again as soon as the tab opened, so clicking it again opened another sign-in. A user who has already consented goes straight back to the callback from each tab.
Over the last 7 days, every one of the 7 transfers that got a 404 was paired with a 204 for the same project within about 30 seconds.
Fix
Sign in in the same tab (window.location.assign), the usual OAuth flow.
Keep the button disabled once sign-in starts. It's enabled again only if getting the sign-in URL fails.
The API side
prisma/pdp-control-plane#5865 makes POST /v1/projects/{id}/transfer idempotent. A transfer to the workspace the project is already in returns success instead of 404. That covers duplicates this page can't prevent, such as the claim link opened in two tabs.
Testing
Claim page tests: sign-in navigates the current tab, the button stays disabled, repeated clicks start one claim, and the button is enabled again after an error. All 12 claim-db-worker tests pass.
Typecheck, lint and next build pass.
Not tested end to end in a browser: the real sign-in needs a Prisma account login.

Bug Fixes
Sign-in now redirects in the current tab instead of opening a new one. The claim button stays disabled during navigation, prevents duplicate requests, and is re-enabled when returning to a restored page.
Missing authentication URLs and authentication errors no longer trigger navigation.

Walkthrough
The claim handler now reports an error when the authentication URL is missing and redirects the current tab when it is present. When the page returns from the back-forward cache, it resets the loading state. Tests check redirects, repeated clicks, error handling, and button state.

Summary
Validate and redirect claim requests apps/claim-db-worker/app/claim/page.tsx, apps/claim-db-worker/__tests__/claim.test.tsx
The handler reports an error when the response lacks an authentication URL and redirects the current tab when the URL is present. Tests check redirects, button state, and authentication errors.
Restore claim button after page return apps/claim-db-worker/app/claim/page.tsx, apps/claim-db-worker/__tests__/claim.test.tsx
The page clears its loading state when a persisted pageshow event fires. Tests check that repeated clicks start one request and that the event re-enables the button.
The claim flow now avoids duplicate-tab sign-ins and restores retry access after returning from sign-in; no merge-blocking risk is identified.

evaluation in the auth callback: when the transfer returns 404 and the
visibility check rejects, treat the project as not visible so execution reaches
the existing “Transfer Failed” redirect. Preserve the transferResult.success
path and avoid letting this check reach the outer catch.

The claim button opened sign-in in a new tab and was enabled again right
after, so a second click started a second sign-in. For a user who has
already consented, both tabs return to the callback at once and both run
the transfer: one moves the project, the other finds it gone and shows
Transfer Failed for a claim that worked. Production shows 7 such pairs of
404 and 204 transfers in the last 7 days.
Sign in in the same tab, and keep the button disabled until the page
navigates away; it is enabled again only if getting the sign-in URL fails.
