fix(parser): accept atom chars in command names - #9

RFC 3501 section 9 defines x-command as "X" atom and auth-type as atom, so names like X-FOO.BAR or AUTHENTICATE PLAIN-CLIENTTOKEN are valid. Closes #1 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
