Moves the source to TypeScript (src/) and publishes both ES modules (dist/esm) and CommonJS (dist/cjs) with type declarations, built like nodemailer. The CommonJS shapes of require('imap-handler') and the lib/parser, lib/compiler and lib/formal subpaths are unchanged (checked by test/package.test.ts and the ImapKit test suite). Node 20+ stays supported; CI also runs the tests under the latest Bun and Deno.

The source moves from lib/*.js to src/*.ts and is compiled into dist/esm
and dist/cjs, each with type declarations. require('imap-handler') and
require('imap-handler/lib/parser' | 'lib/compiler' | 'lib/formal') keep
their CommonJS shapes. The tests also run under Bun and Deno.
