This repository hosts scripts (jupyter notebooks) to analyze data for our manuscript Behavioral alignment as an organizing principle in sensory coding. The preprint version of the study can be found here.
Preprocessed data to be analyzed by the scripts here are deposited on Zenodo.
Please download the data from Zenodo, and place the .h5 files in the folder data_sharing_original.
The scripts are written in python 3.9 within the framework of jupyter notebooks.
The packages required to run the scripts are listed in environment.yml.
