Some plugins (such as Advanced Dashboard) also use the **Hooks::DASHBOARD***_ hooks and are loaded before the Carbon plugin.
Without this change, the Carbon plugin redefines the **Hooks::DASHBOARD***_ hooks without taking into account the data already added by previously loaded plugins.
