Overview
Upgrades the TypeScript dev dependency from 5.x to ^7.0.2 in package.json, with the lockfile refreshed to 7.0.2.

The resolved typescript package now pulls in platform-specific @typescript/typescript-* optional binaries, requires Node >=16.20.0, and exposes only the tsc CLI (no tsserver bin in this release). Application source and tsconfig are unchanged; npm run typecheck still runs tsc --noEmit.

ESLint cannot load TypeScript 7

@typescript-eslint/parser 5.x loads the JavaScript compiler API from typescript. TypeScript 7 is a native package without that API, so npm run lint crashes when the parser reads typescript rather than linting src.
