Overview
Updates package-lock.json only, raising browserslist from 4.28.5 to 4.28.9 and refreshing its transitive dev dependencies (baseline-browser-mapping, caniuse-lite, electron-to-chromium, node-releases, update-browserslist-db).

The newer browserslist releases bring parsing performance improvements, fixes for Electron version queries and baseline “including kaios” queries, and security/stability fixes (unbounded memory growth and a prototype write issue in 4.28.7). There are no application source changes—only the resolved lockfile versions used by the existing build toolchain.
