ESLint 10 breaks existing lint setup
High Severity
Bumping eslint from 8 to 10 drops eslintrc, so .eslintrc.cjs is ignored and npm run lint fails on the removed --ext flag. @typescript-eslint v5, eslint-config-airbnb-base v15, and eslint-plugin-react-hooks v4 also only peer-depend on ESLint 8, so the CI lint job cannot succeed.
