[2026.3] Remove API-test container log collection added in #555 - #558

Follow-up to #555. The Mercure
v0.24pin (plus the supervisord restart) restores the API tests. The failure-time container log collection was only a diagnostic aid, so this removes it:.github/scripts/07-collect-logs.shapi-tests.yml/container-logs/.gitignoreentry and the docs lineAll four files return to their pre-#555 state. The Mercure pin and supervisord restart are unchanged.
