Translation of php/doc-en#5822 (commit c05fbe7): a new Memory Management chapter explains the key pool and the value pool and how to read the Yac::info counters, the examples are split one per parameter form, the empty constant descriptions are filled, the ini defaults and compress_threshold clamping are corrected, and the stale configure.xml is dropped. EN-Revision updated.
