All links to installation of PIE in the user documention in a Windows environemnt lead to a 404 page not found error.

Should I fall back to PECL?

Even when falling back to PECL and wanting to install the mongodb extension. mongodb says to install pie. Please fix!

Hi @ynzejan,

Unfortunately the executable PIE for Windows is broken at the moment; but the PHAR should still be usable. In order to use PHAR you simply have to download the latest PHAR release. Then you can use it directly.
