Runnable code for the LangChain VC investment memo cookbook guide, published from ppl-ai/api-docs at /docs/cookbook/articles/langchain-vc-memo-agent/README. Scripts only; the article MDX intentionally lives in api-docs.

Runnable code for the LangChain VC investment memo agent cookbook guide. The article itself is published from ppl-ai/api-docs (PR #451) at
/docs/cookbook/articles/langchain-vc-memo-agent/README; that page tells readers to clone this repo for the runnable code, following the same pattern asmemory-management.Scripts only — intentionally no article MDX here, so the cookbook→docs sync can never create a duplicate or overwrite the api-docs page.
Replaces #74 (closed): the article moved to api-docs per Albert's guidance, and this PR carries just the public code.
Code was run end-to-end on
langchain-perplexity1.4.0 (full memo: 97s, all sections cited, zero failed searches).Note: the
mdx-validationred X is pre-existing repo CI debt (org policy requires SHA-pinned actions; the workflow uses@v6tags) — it fails for every PR. This PR adds no MDX anyway.
