- Resolve bracketed reference links (innodb_file_per_table, Docker Hub,
download instructions, [xbcloud] section) and fix en-dash reference
names that broke links ([–ftwrl-wait-*], [–lock-ddl*], [--encrypt_key])
- Remove literal markup: mis-indented ```{.text .no-copy} in the
--check-privileges example and on yum-repo
- Fix broken code spans in the xbcloud S3 option table (<AUTO|2|4>,
<AUTO|PATH|DNS> and <name> were swallowed as HTML tags; en dashes
replaced with --)
- Prompts: remove $ from copyable blocks without data-prompt, replace $#
with #, repair malformed data-prompt attributes, and show sample
output as no-copy text
- Use sql fences for SQL (was bash/shell)
- Add descriptive alt text to diagrams
- Fix xbcrypt[OPTIONS] synopsis typo
- Show glossary my.cnf samples as ini code blocks
- Wrap page content in <!--email_off--> so Cloudflare Email Obfuscation
stops rewriting addresses in code samples to [email protected]

Align 8.0 with 8.4 and 9.7: code blocks show commands without prompts,
so copying works without JavaScript.
- Strip $, mysql> and > prompts from copyable blocks and replace the
{.bash data-prompt="..."} fences with shell or sql
- Use sql fences for SQL statements that were shown with a $ prompt
- create-gtid-replica: show mysql client statements as sql blocks
- toolkit-version-check: mark the config sample as ini
- xbcloud-binary-overview: keep the PIPESTATUS demo, which mixes
commands and output, as a no-copy illustration
- Remove js/promptremover.js and its extra_javascript entry
