Removed variables

Documented removal, reason, and startup impact for:

• rocksdb_disable_instant_ddl
• rocksdb_enable_udt_in_mem
• rocksdb_error_on_suboptimal_collation
• rocksdb_fault_injection_options
• rocksdb_seconds_between_stat_computes

Each entry warns that existing configuration must remove the variable or use the loose- prefix.
