Adds a freedesktop file to ease a menu item creation.
adds manpages (EN & FR) + an image to be used by the desktop file

This commits adds a freedesktop file + an image to be used by it, and a manpage in English plus a French translation of it.
I have no clue how to include that in the makefile process.
