Closing this PR because ESLint 10 cannot be adopted yet due to peer dependency incompatibilities in the ecosystem:

  • @babel/eslint-parser@7.28.6 supports eslint: ^7.5.0 || ^8.0.0 || ^9.0.0 (no ESLint 10)
  • eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5 supports eslint: ^3 || ^4 || ^5 || ^6 || ^7 || ^8 || ^9.7 (no ESLint 10)
  • @typescript-eslint/utils@8.27.0 (transitive via eslint-plugin-jest) supports eslint: ^8.57.0 || ^9.0.0 (no ESLint 10)

No newer versions of these packages currently add ESLint 10 support. Additionally, ESLint 10 no longer bundles @eslint/js, requiring it as an explicit dependency paired with @eslint/js@10.x.

This upgrade should be revisited once the ESLint plugin ecosystem has released ESLint 10-compatible versions.
