Added a requirement stating that the server must not have an existing reverse-proxy or other services running on ports 80 and/or 443.

Added a requirement stating that the server must not have an existing reverse-proxy or other services running on ports 80 and/or 443.
Owncloud will not start successfully if there is already another service running on port 80 or 443, as traefik is mandatory and cannot be disabled.
