WMS 12195: Fix MCP LiveLab deploy button rendering

The Deploy to Oracle Cloud button was drawn inside a fixed-width, padded SVG, so LiveLabs placed it off-center and scaled it down excessively on narrow screens. This change uses Oracle's official artwork and centers the compact button within the deployment step.

Changes

• Replace the handmade SVG with the official 207 x 30 artwork.
• Scope layout rules to the deploy button, preserving other screenshot styling.
• Keep the existing Resource Manager and package URLs, provide a named keyboard-accessible link, and prevent button clicks from also opening the image zoom popup.

Validation

• Both tenancy and sandbox previews use the current LiveLabs CDN renderer and report zero QA issues.
• Browser checks at 390, 1024, and 1800px widths: exact centering, no horizontal overflow, readable artwork, and normal task expansion.
• Verified mouse and keyboard activation, focus indication, accessible link name, and unchanged deployment target.
• Local Markdown validation and all 13 validator tests pass.
• Terraform contract, package, formatting, and configuration validation pass; infrastructure and the package are unchanged.
• Diff and local-artifact hygiene checks pass.

• Complete the Self QA Checklist in WMS (confirmed by the workshop owner for this update).
• Preserve the established workshop folder structure.
• Changed filenames are lowercase and descriptive.
• Markdown image references include alternate text.
• This PR adds no binary/install files or files larger than 100 MB.

Publication

This PR contains only the deployment lesson and SVG replacement. Hosted verification remains pending upstream merge and CDN publication. No OCI resources were created or changed for this fix.
