The PAP spec, Operations and guides pages changed after the 2026-10-19 read (issue #10). The only new upstream change is personal-agent-protocol commit 39b35bd (#71), which its author calls wording-only: which requests carry a DPoP proof, the browser assertion's aud, examples, and six guide bullets. None of it touches a claim on the Poppy page, so only the pins move; last_verified stays because not every claim was rechecked. Resolves the Poppy drift issue (#10). The PAP spec, Operations and guides pages changed after the 2026-10-19 read, so the weekly watch flagged all three. This moves the three
spec_sourcespins incontent/standards/poppy.mdto the live digests and regeneratesspec-pins.json. Visitors see no change on the Poppy page, and the "spec changed" note goes away once the next watch run reads the pins as clean.What changed upstream
