[worker] Compute v3 instance status groups from resources - #156

om3 does not report status_group, so the ip/disk/fs/share/container/app/sync instance status were always "n/a". Compute them from the instance resources with the opensvc v2 status_group rules, using a copy of the om3 status merge rules. Also compute the v3 encap container status groups from the encap resources.
