IDK if this really applies here. The conditionalized intro content for this assembly makes it unclear whether this is just the bot checks not being able to account for these edge cases, or whether this would actually cause the migration tool to fail

This PR starts resolving CQA issues of the SNO install page (some modules, particularly the IBM ones towards the bottom, will still have issues, but this PR is already tedious to review for its size)
