OSDOCS-17037

Version(s): 4.20+

This PR starts resolving CQA issues of the SNO install page (some modules, particularly the IBM ones towards the bottom, will still have issues, but this PR is already tedious to review for its size)

QE review: QE not needed IMO but please let me know if you see anything concerning

@skopacz1: This pull request references OSDOCS-17037 which is a valid jira issue.

Warning: The referenced jira issue has an invalid target version for the target branch this PR targets: expected the sub-task to target the "5.0.0" version, but no target version was set.

You can install {sno} by using either the web-based Assisted Installer or the `coreos-installer` tool to generate a discovery ISO image. The discovery ISO image writes the {op-system-first} system configuration to the target installation disk, so that you can run a single-cluster node to meet your needs.

IDK if this really applies here. The conditionalized intro content for this assembly makes it unclear whether this is just the bot checks not being able to account for these edge cases, or whether this would actually cause the migration tool to fail
