…e database (Cesaroni M1890 is the one that tipped me off -- it should be noted that this is not a new file). This PR is the result of deleting data/thrustcurve.org, then running the fetch_updates.py and build_database.py scripts. Note I've got no idea why the .eng files previously had .rasp extentions I've also got no idea why the state/ files aren't under version control.
