Summary

Adds optional time-awareness settings for agents and sessions.

Changes

  • Set experimental.time_awareness when creating or updating agents and configuring sessions.
  • Read effective experimental settings in agent and session responses.

Reviewed 230d2cca39f221abfe8eed0bad2e5cc2d9eaaf21. No actionable findings after source review and an independent pass. The optional experimental.time_awareness settings preserve explicit false versus omission. Existing responses can omit the new container. The change uses the existing request and response machinery, and the generated ownership records match the changed files.

Hosted checks passed except SDK tests, R8 tests, API compatibility and OkTest, which were still running in the captured snapshot. No candidate code or tests ran locally. Server merge and default behavior were not exercised.
