Bumps the workspace version from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2 in Cargo.toml and updates all internal ed-* path dependencies to 1.3.2. Cargo.lock is refreshed accordingly. This is a patch release update with no code changes, only version metadata.

Patch release bumping the workspace from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2 (1.3.1 is already published to crates.io and tagged).
