Add an option to send multiple audio tracks to RTMP servers that support Enhanced RTMP. Tracks are selected with the existing track checkboxes of the advanced streaming output settings. Unlike multitrack video, availability can not be queried from streaming services, so the option is only offered for custom services. The VOD track is disabled while multitrack audio is active, as it would clobber track index 1.

Description
Adds an option to stream multiple audio tracks to RTMP servers that support Enhanced RTMP. Tracks are selected with the existing track checkboxes of the advanced streaming output settings.
Unlike multitrack video, availability can not be queried from streaming services, so the option is only offered for custom RTMP services in the advanced output mode.
UI: Adds a "Multitrack Audio" group box to Settings > Stream (visible for custom RTMP services with advanced output mode) with an info label and an enable checkbox.
Motivation and Context
Enhanced RTMP supports multiple audio tracks in a single stream (e.g. for multiple languages or separate commentary feeds). OBS currently sends only a single audio track to RTMP servers. This adds opt-in multitrack audio for custom services whose servers support Enhanced RTMP multi-track audio.
How Has This Been Tested?
Streamed to a self-hosted Node-Media-Server v4.4.6 (latest) configured as a custom RTMP service. Playback with ffplay and VLC both detected the multiple audio tracks and allowed switching between tracks.
