Description

Adds Streamable with two RTMP ingest servers, Global and Asia (app live, per-user stream key). Bumps the package version to 295. The ingest doesn't support enhanced RTMP, so codecs are ["h264"]. common is unset.

Motivation and Context

Why: Streamable (https://streamable.run) runs OBS in the cloud for streamers. Desktop OBS users currently choose Custom and type the server by hand. The ingest forwards to the user's cloud OBS once they start their server; the more info link covers that.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Published a 20-second H.264/AAC RTMP stream with ffmpeg to both servers. Both accepted it.
• Validated both files against the schemas.
• Not yet tested in a local OBS build.
