• Missing list rewritten: six items marked shipped; the open list is now liquidity, retention, Q&A/attributes, photos, embeddable badge, content-level translation.
• Bugs section collapsed: all first-audit bugs fixed and verified across the two waves; new findings flow through the per-merge review gate instead of accumulating here.
• Priority order: P0 ✅, P1 ✅ (with the honest note that tier backfill waits on real vouches/claims), P2 re-ranked with liquidity seeding first.
• New "Goal-check: are we ahead?" section scoring Kweli against each incumbent's core weapon.
