Issues

• Async-updatable skill layer: decouple agent reasoning from lock recompiles (execute-tier collapse + hot fragments)

• P3 hygiene: stale needs-human auto-revalidation, route-decline visible trace, engine-failure cause telemetry

  enhancement
norrietaylor/spectacles#339 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 7, 2026

• Gate/CI parity: mirror clippy + cross-platform + feature-matrix lanes in the Pre-PR gate (gate-green PRs land red on consumer CI)

  enhancement
norrietaylor/spectacles#338 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 7, 2026

• PR sizing ceiling to pair with the ADR-0026 floor: median 694 / max 1765 net lines carried the worst review loops

  enhancement

• Assumption ledger: an entry whose only evidence is the spec cannot be "settled" — spike critical-path mechanisms before materialization

  enhancement
norrietaylor/spectacles#336 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 7, 2026

• Plan must emit an integration/e2e-wiring task: the cross-unit seam is structurally nobody's job today

  enhancement
norrietaylor/spectacles#335 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 7, 2026

• Demoability gate: sdd:done requires an executed end-to-end proof, not prose — plus a validate-time proof-delivery audit

  enhancement
norrietaylor/spectacles#334 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 7, 2026

• sdd-spec leaks stale CI reverts into spec-only PRs (reverted gominimal/minimal#655 via #658)

norrietaylor/spectacles#333 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 7, 2026

• Merged-change revert guard is INCONCLUSIVE on every run: agent sandbox has no git credentials and 'failing closed' is only an echo

norrietaylor/spectacles#331 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 6, 2026

• sdd-status default-on gate is false when SDD_STATUS is unset (null/'0' number coercion) — status surface has never run

norrietaylor/spectacles#330 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jul 6, 2026

• sdd-review/sdd-validate: incremental review keyed to last-reviewed SHA (stop full re-scan churn every push)

norrietaylor/spectacles#327 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 24, 2026

• Net-diff guard: block execute/rebase PRs that silently delete or revert out-of-scope merged work (stale-base degrade)

norrietaylor/spectacles#326 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 24, 2026

• distillery-sync: deterministic status-issue upsert (dedupe + always emit issue_number) — safe_outputs fails on duplicate status issues

norrietaylor/spectacles#324 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 23, 2026

• Failed/timed-out execute strands a task at sdd:in-progress with no reset — in-flight filter then blocks all re-dispatch

norrietaylor/spectacles#320 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 23, 2026

• sdd-spec opened a non-docs-only PR: the derive commit reverted merged files and added a code refactor alongside the spec

norrietaylor/spectacles#317 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 22, 2026

• sdd-validate should not run build/proof tasks that require egress — firewall block must not trigger needs-human

norrietaylor/spectacles#314 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 22, 2026

• A human-issued /revise is gated behind needs-human and silently no-ops until the label is cleared

norrietaylor/spectacles#313 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 22, 2026

• Auto-revise commit subjects fail consumer commitlint — Pre-PR gate should run it

norrietaylor/spectacles#312 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 22, 2026

• Auto-revise must resolve each addressed review thread with an inline resolution note (valid+sha / invalid+reason)

• sdd-ack-reaction: concurrency-cancelled revise runs stamp misleading 👎 on consumed review comments

norrietaylor/spectacles#310 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 22, 2026

• Unspecced merged pull requests

  norrietaylor/spectacles#307 · Filter by author spectacles-bot opened on Jun 22, 2026

• Reduce sub-issue count: larger demoable units + collapse single-task Units

• Local-harness SDD authoring skills → plan:provided handoff (Claude Code / Cursor / OpenCode / Hermes)

norrietaylor/spectacles#232 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 4, 2026

• Self-host spectacles: build spectacles with spectacles

norrietaylor/spectacles#231 · Filter by author norrietaylor opened on Jun 4, 2026

• sdd-execute cannot add a covering CI check — .github/ is barred by protect_top_level_dot_folders, so proof-artifact gaps that need CI are an unbreakable needs-human
