Building fixPath from source is easy. I used rust 1.78.0

Follow the README.md in the release for how to use fixPath.exe on the supplied test!

Release fixpath-0.1.0

This is the first fixPath release 0.1.0 and comes with fixPath.exe and the program from the test folder compiled.
