Move the ten CLI verb packages (apply, auth, copy, create, delete, edit, exec, get, logs, update) from the module root to internal/cmd/<verb>. The package names and their code are unchanged; only the import paths in main.go move along. TestVerbsDoNotImportEachOther now resolves the verb directories and the verb import prefix from a verbDir constant so it keeps guarding the no-verb-imports-verb rule at the new location.
