docs(vi): align Vietnamese terminology with the console glossary - #38

Use the console's chosen wording in the Vietnamese docs and CCP screen labels: "Tình trạng runtime", "Hộp ghép nối" and "ghép nối" for pairing, "phê duyệt" where the meaning is approve (keeping "xét duyệt" for review and "duyệt" for browse/traverse), "liên kết uỷ quyền" for agent links, and "API key & tài liệu" for the API key page. screen captions ("Task & phê duyệt", "bảng task", "tạo task"), keeping
"công việc" where the meaning is general work. Apply the agreed terms
("ghép nối", "API key", "phê duyệt" for approve, "xét duyệt" for review)
to the Vietnamese marketing strings in pages, features and integrations.

Keep dev's rewritten console pages and re-apply the shared Vietnamese glossary to them: agent, task, phê duyệt for approve, xét duyệt for review, API key labels, and main-vowel tone marks.
