Bumps the aws/aws-sdk-php library to the latest v3 version.
NOTE: the version here differs probably due to the fact that other dependencies cannot be satisfied. The fix is still contained.
Main reason is to get aws/aws-sdk-php#3290 (fixed in 3.383.1) which affects S3 uploads on Nextcloud by leaking memory and creating and holding onto temporary files which can fill small temporary directories.
