Java 27 support

Resolves #3071

This PR adds support for recognizing Java 27 runtimes in the Java Agent.

Note that as for any new-Java PR, the test suite is bombing out for the AITs due to the new version of Java. Here is a test run against an also-updated branch of the AITs where Java 27 has been incorporated: https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-java-agent/actions/runs/33569340104
